What youll do

Responsibilities

As a member of the Student Services team under the direction of the Manager Student Services you will :

• Assist with the provision of Learning Support Services primarily Testing Services Tutoring Services and Educational Technology Services.
• As part of the Student Services Team you will support services that help students with learning adjustments to college life and accessing services which support them in achieving their goals of personal and academic success.
• You will be responsible for the administration of the Testing Center and invigilation of internal and external testing supports approved test accommodations and the assistive technology needs of students with disabilities and play a key role in the coordination delivery and promotion of services offered in the Learning Commons.
• You will be responsible for oversight and administration of processes and procedures; liaising with faculty responding to inquiries; making referrals; collecting and recording service delivery data; and supporting campus events activities and initiatives.
