Duties
Students will build upon skills supporting Windows 11 systems and providing software assistance, in addition to supporting various server and network infrastructure. Their IT project work will include : assisting clients either over the phone, remotely, or face-to-face to help set up systems or resolve issues. Students will assist in implementing connectivity solutions to remote worksites as well as helping to upgrade client computers and systems.Students will be in Banff and supported with a team of experienced Information Technology Services Technicians and Supervisor.
Intent of the process
The results may be used in the future to fill other temporary student vacancies that may arise in the Banff Field Unit, in various locations, with full or part-time hours for various tenures, depending on status of the selected candidate.

Open to students currently enrolled in secondary or post-secondary school in an accredited institution and / or those participating in adult education and retraining programs at the secondary level, operated under the authority of an accredited academic institution.
