About the Role

We are looking to add a new person to the team who can support our sales representatives administratively and flourish in inside sales. Never sold before? That’s okay!  If you are someone who can easily talk to people, is hyper-detail oriented, and ready to learn some new computer systems, we are eager to receive your application.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls regarding new bookings, changes to existing bookings, or complaints.
• Support the sales team by accurately creating and maintaining orders and bookings in ServiceCore.
• Communicate with teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Provide professional client support before, during and after events.
• All other duties as assigned.
