Nanny Wanted - Looking For A Loving And Caring Part Time (30hrs Min/Week) Nanny Who Can Drive To Care For Our 3 Kids (Ages 2, 4, 7)

Hello! My name is Carissa and I’m a physician in Calgary, my husband (Kevin) works as an accountant. We have three children, ages 2, 4 and 7 and are looking for part-time child care to help out our family!

We are looking for care as follows :

Monday - off

Tuesday - 7 : 30 - 5 : 00

Wednesday - 7 : 30 - 4 : 00

Thursday - 7 : 30 - 4 : 00

Fridays - 7 : 30-1 : 00

We will offer a minimum of 120 hours / month. There would also be opportunity for additional hours with plenty of advanced notice (typically >

2 months notice).

A little bit about what care would look like for our kiddos, our 7-year old girl is in after-care at school so there would be minimal needs for her outside of mornings, our 4-year old boy attends pre-school Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, and our 2-year old girl is at home aside from activities (gymnastics and music class currently). Ideally we would like someone who could do school / pre-school drop-off / pick-up some days (not all) and potentially take our 2-year old to her activities when I am not available.

We are looking for someone who will be active with our kids (zoo, science centre, occasional indoor playground, library, baking, mall dates for smoothies (4-year olds favourite!)) and someone that they feel safe with.

We also have another member of our family that is the neediest, our dog Ruby! She is a German Shepherd / Husky cross and is very sweet once you get to know her. There are no expectations about walks or anything with her, although she does beg very hard for pets and loves attention!

We live in the inner city SW part of Calgary.

We're hoping our nanny will engage in educational and loving care for our children and help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, possible pet care, and driving for our children to school and activities as required. The candidate must have a valid driver's licence and ideally has CPR training or is willing to get certified. They must be able to pass a criminal record check. ECE would be a definite plus.
