Senior Learning Designer Remote
Our client in the insurance industry has an open role within their Global Human Resources Shared Services unit. This position is a part of the Human Resources Shared Services Operational Excellence team and will focus on designing and delivering digital learning and knowledge management solutions. These efforts align with the organization s strategic goals for People Strategy and Enablement providing innovative learning experiences that support service excellence for internal teams.

Responsibilities :
Implement curriculum design principles that ensure consistency flexibility and longterm sustainability of learning materials.
Rapidly familiarize yourself with new content and apply adult learning principles to develop effective learning resources.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address content and design questions efficiently.
Execute voiceover and editing for webbased modules ensuring alignment with program learning objectives and overall strategy.
Develop comprehensive knowledge assessments including quizzes interactive activities decisionbased scenarios and case studies.
Deliver engaging digital learning solutions across formats such as webbased modules selfguided learning virtual classrooms and instructorled sessions.
Use data and technology effectively to enhance program delivery and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Make informed design decisions to create interactive visually engaging learning experiences.
What you will need to succeed :
Degree or diploma in Adult Education or Instructional Design preferred.
5 years of experience in instructional design with expertise in tools such as Articulate Camtasia Adobe Captivate Photoshop Adobe Connect and Snagit.
Advanced knowledge of adult learning techniques instructional design and creative writing to build interactive learning experiences.
Proven ability to develop detailed webbased training (WBT) storyboards and instructorled training (ILT) layouts.
Experience in crafting clear concise storyboards scripts job aids and instructional guides.
Skilled in developing content for diverse needs including new hires systems training and product training.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a highly collaborative mindset.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives of varying complexity with minimal direction and under time constraints.
Growthoriented adaptable to emerging trends and enthusiastic about exploring innovative design approaches.
Proficiency with tools such as Camtasia Storyline and Rise 360.
