Job description

Tasks

  • Examining plans and drawings provided by clients and representatives.
  • Using the provided data to develop and create initial plans for modular structures.
  • Developing, drawing, and specifying production plans.
  • Ensuring that drawings and plans adhere to client requirements and current standards.
  • Adjusting drawings and plans as needed.
  • Providing technical assistance to the production team throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

    • Job requirements

  • DCS, AEC, or DVS in Building Mechanics.
  • Modular construction experience (an asset).
  • Knowledge of the National Building Code (an asset).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD software.

  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, and execute them quickly and efficiently.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
