Building Mechanical Technician
Tasks
- Examining plans and drawings provided by clients and representatives.
- Using the provided data to develop and create initial plans for modular structures.
- Developing, drawing, and specifying production plans.
- Ensuring that drawings and plans adhere to client requirements and current standards.
- Adjusting drawings and plans as needed.
- Providing technical assistance to the production team throughout the manufacturing process.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- DCS, AEC, or DVS in Building Mechanics.
- Modular construction experience (an asset).
- Knowledge of the National Building Code (an asset).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD software.
