What you can expect to do here
Develop, coordinate, and review advanced BIM models for mechanical and HVAC systems using Revit, with a focus on large-scale rail and transit projectsIntegrate Civil 3D models for seamless site, utility, and infrastructure coordinationCollaborate closely with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to ensure optimal integration of mechanical and civil systemsPrepare technical drawings, schedules, and documentation for all phases of design and constructionSupport clash detection, model validation, and quality control to ensure project excellenceProvide technical support throughout the design process and contribute to the evolution of BIM standards and best practicesParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings and help build strong professional relationshipsSupport business development activities and promote BIM innovation within the teamWhat you’ll bring to WSP
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling for mechanical systems using Revit, ideally in rail, transit, or infrastructure projectsProven experience integrating Civil 3D models for multidisciplinary coordinationKnowledge of ISO 19650, BIM processes, and NFPA standards (NFPA 130, NFPA 502)Experience in a consulting engineering environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset)Autonomous, proactive, and eager to learn and growBonus Points For
