Warehouse Assistant Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturer in Stayner, ON , is seeking a Warehouse Associate  to join their team. As a Warehouse / Material Handler , you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient material movement and inventory management.  This role will lead to permanent with benefits upon successful completion of 6 month probation.

Job Title : Material Handler

Location : Stayner, ON

Pay Rate : $19.00 per hour / $20.25 / hr after 6 months and permanent hire

Shift : 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI)

What's the Job?

Inventory management and accuracy, cycle counts

Order picking and packing, material staging, physical inventory

Returns and putaways

Documentation and ERP transaction entry

General warehouse Support

Label, weigh, and stock raw materials and supplies in designated warehouse locations using ERP tools to maintain accurate, real-time inventory levels.

Read and interpret production and sales orders to determine correct materials and quantities required.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma.

2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment preferred.

Solid understanding of inventory control processes, order picking, and shipping / receiving functions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP preferred)

Valid driver’s license : must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification if required.

Able to pass a Criminal Record Check and comply with internal safety and conduct policies.
