- Provide administrative or clerical support to the Director of Operations to promote effective and efficient operations
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll for approval
- Code invoices for approval
- Manage recruitment process for all Mtn Ops Departments
- Work with Lift Ops Team Lead to create and maintain Lift Ops shift schedules
- Assist Lift Ops Team Lead with edits to Lift Ops Manual
- Support the departmental team leads as required
- Write / update policies and SOP’s when necessary
- Organize seasonal orientation for Mtn Ops departments
- Ensure quality training of team members, including tracking of records and files
- Manage the Mtn Ops Department Uniform Program
- Attend Operations and Events Meetings
- Attend weekly Manager’s Meeting in the Director’s absence
- Assist with the annual budgeting process (preparation of Daily Wage Schedules)
- Assist with creation of AFE’s
- Provide other general support duties or work on special projects as required
- Be an active member of the Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee
- Prepare operational reports as requested
- Organize the Mtn Ops Department paper and digital documents and records
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
