Enterprise Technology and Services (“ETS”) delivers shared technology services supporting all the Firm’s business applications and end users. ETS is focused on enabling the Firm to manage its global businesses and clients with market-leading technology platforms that are resilient, secure, smart, fast, flexible, and efficient. The ETS Portfolio Governance & Delivery (“PGD”) team oversees the strategic alignment, execution, and governance of key initiatives, ensuring they deliver value, meet organizational goals, and adhere to compliance and risk standards, while also managing and facilitating cross-functional alignment and dependency management. We are seeking a detail-oriented Governance & Reporting Analyst to support the PGD team in managing and delivering effective governance and reporting across the portfolio. This role will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data on the portfolio performance and supporting adherence to governance & compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Help enforce governance standards and processes across the portfolio by supporting policy adherence, documentation and reporting requirements
  • Monitor project compliance with governance standards and assist with documentation updates to reflect best practices
  • Coordinate delivery review meetings, taking detailed notes, tracking follow ups, and updating action items
  • Update and maintain dependency logs, helping to coordinate with project teams to address interdependencies and mitigate impacts on timelines and resources
  • Support the onboarding and off-boarding process for projects to ensure compliance with policies and processes
  • Support the end to end reporting process, including data gathering, analysis and visualization, ensuring accuracy and relevance

Requirements :

  • Proven work experience (3-5 years) in project management governance, or reporting support roles
  • Basic Knowledge of project governance, dependency tracking and financial reporting
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data and key findings clearly
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to perform in high pressure, fast paced situations
  • Creative thinker who will take ownership and accountability
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Technology and Financial Services background (desired)
