Job descriptionLead and support daily production operations to meet quality, safety, productivity, and delivery goals Train, coach, and manage production staff; step in as needed for welding, assembly, or testing Develop and manage production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices Ensure customer satisfaction through schedule adherence and quality standards Oversee safety practices, facility operations, and departmental budgets Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve planning and manufacturing processes 5+ years in a production lead or supervisor role within technical or custom manufacturing 2+ years of people management experience Strong background in MIG & TIG welding and fabrication drawings Experience with CNC machining / programming and ERP systems preferred Lean manufacturing experience in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment highly desired Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering, manufacturing, or business‑related)
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily production operations in a technical, custom‑manufacturing environment. This role is hands‑on and highly collaborative, focused on quality, safety, efficiency, and team development.
