As the Manager – Human Resources Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the delivery of HR services within the shared services framework. Reporting to the Director – HR & Payroll, you will lead and manage a team of HR Administrators, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure service excellent and client / employee satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on process improvement, technology utilization and compliance.
Responsibilities would include :
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, culminating in a leadership role. You will have the education to support your experience with a degree in HR and pursuit of a CHRP designation. We are looking for a natural leader who can demonstrate proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR processes, best practices, and workflow. You will be current on various HR technology solutions and HRIS platforms and bring a strong attention to details and high prioritization skills to your role. This opportunity requires someone who can communicate with people at all levels and can leverage confidence and interpersonal skills to help build required relationships throughout the organization. Strong problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset is needed and a proven track record of driving process improvements in a highly compliance and fast paced environment will be expected. Must be willing to be on site 3 days / week to foster collaboration within HR and aid with the development of your team.
