The Role

S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for Inside Sales Representatives to join our team at in Swift Current, SK. Handling multiple product lines, the ideal candidates will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Quotes
• Process and follow up on Sales Order Entries, Warranty Claims, and update existing orders as required
• Develop customer Delivery Schedules
• Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
• Research and generate new Customer leads and contacts
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
