Position Summary
Bishop Water is seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives that build visibility, credibility, and momentum for our growing portfolio of projects, products, and service capabilities. This role focuses on coordinating content creation, managing external contractors, and translating technical expertise into clear, compelling marketing materials. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working with technical content, and experienced in coordinating multiple marketing channels and contributors.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications
- Coordinate and manage e-news content, working with an existing external contractor to plan, prepare, and distribute updates.
- Develop case studies, technical articles, and marketing content using existing collateral, internal expertise, and outside contractors.
- Draft and coordinate project announcements to support company momentum, market acceptance, and brand awareness.
- Emphasize and communicate new projects, products, and service capabilities across all marketing channels.
Digital & Social Media
Oversee Google Ads campaigns, coordinating with an existing contractor and tracking performance metrics.Manage and schedule LinkedIn posts for both Bishop Water’s company page and select personal / professional pages.Thought Leadership & Industry Presence
Coordinate and support the development of conference papers and related promotional materials.
Assist with positioning Bishop Water as a technical leader through consistent, high-quality content.Develop strategies and implementation of trade show attendance in regards to meeting set up, digital work , pre calls with sales team.Multimedia & Visual Content
Coordinate the development of video content, including animations and guerilla-style videos, from concept through delivery.Work with contractors to ensure videos align with brand, messaging, and technical accuracy.Coordination & Project Management
Act as the primary marketing point of contact between Bishop Water and external contractors.Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to keep projects moving efficiently.Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and tone across all platforms.Qualifications & Skills
2–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role.Experience working with external contractors, consultants, or agencies.Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or complex information into clear messaging.Familiarity with digital marketing, including email marketing, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.Experience supporting website content updates and multimedia projects.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.Experience in engineering, infrastructure, environmental services, or professional services marketing is an asset.Why Join Bishop Water?
