Job Description

ADGA is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will identify, engage, and place top talent in support of a diverse portfolio of active Canadian Federal Government contracts. Working closely with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and clients, you will deliver high‑quality recruitment outcomes in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on recruiting experience within Information Technology, Security, and / or Defence, along with a strong understanding of Canadian Federal Government contracting. You are familiar with federal requirements such as security clearances, resource grids, and contracting vehicles, and thrive in the fast‑paced nature of government‑funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for roles supporting ADGA’s contracts, including intake discussions, role description creation, sourcing through ATS and job boards, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer extension.
• Understand and recruit against contractual labor categories, mandatory criteria, and bid requirements.
• Confirm candidate qualifications against the required labor category.
• Collaborate with proposal team to write up matrices and grids for formal submission.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring requirements.
• Partner with business development and delivery teams during proposal and contract award phases.
• Maintain accurate documentation and keep systems up to date to support audits, compliance, and reporting.
• Build long‑term relationships with candidates in the Ottawa federal market.
• Represent ADGA at trade shows and exhibitions.
