ADGA is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will identify, engage, and place top talent in support of a diverse portfolio of active Canadian Federal Government contracts. Working closely with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and clients, you will deliver high‑quality recruitment outcomes in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on recruiting experience within Information Technology, Security, and / or Defence, along with a strong understanding of Canadian Federal Government contracting. You are familiar with federal requirements such as security clearances, resource grids, and contracting vehicles, and thrive in the fast‑paced nature of government‑funded projects.
