Our client in Burnaby, BC  is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to load and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks, and to lift and carry boxes.

Job Title :   Record Center Specialist

Location :   Burnaby, BC

Pay Range :   $18.28 per hour

What’s the Job?

Moving, arranging, lifting and loading of storage boxes, bins and totes.

Carry and lift boxes, bins and totes range in weight from 24lbs to over 100lbs, manually and via hand carts.

Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes and other materials.

Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes

What’s Needed?

Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop and bend for extended periods of time, without assistance

Lift and move boxes, read labels, and process incoming and outgoing orders

Ability to load, operate and move hand carts, pallet jacks and various other material handling aids

Good communication skills
