Job Summary :
The Project Manager will provide project management expertise for the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives, particularly related to the Community Administration Solutions Sunsetting (CASS) initiative. The role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders, managing project dependencies, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. The Project Manager will oversee integrated project plans, manage risks and issues, and provide strategic oversight and guidance.

Responsibilities :
- Provide project management expertise for the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and manage project dependencies.
- Facilitate multiple project work streams following project management methodology.
- Manage approved plans with stakeholder project teams and work on risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop, manage, and oversee integrated project plans, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Establish and promote governance frameworks, meeting cadences, and reporting structures.
- Manage risks and issues escalated from various workstreams, proactively seeking solutions.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Drive decision-making processes in governance forums.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams.
- Promote IT standards and best practices for project management.
- Provide direction and advice to team members.
- Provide strategic and operational advice regarding business, resourcing, and financial impacts.
- Prepare and present status reports and updates for relevant governance bodies.
- Ensure project artefacts and deliverables reflect a superior understanding of best practices, stakeholder needs, and modern ERP solutions.
- Conduct and oversee waterfall and agile transitional technology projects with enterprise scale.
- Ensure technical dependencies are identified and managed effectively.
- Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and subject matter experts.
- Manage integration points between legacy systems and new solutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans.
- Monitor issues escalated from different workstreams.
- Lead the governance in escalating risks and issues to senior leadership.
- Proactively identify and address emerging risks or challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all governance-related activities.
- Maintain partnerships through consultation with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate regular governance meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure that key project updates, risks, and decisions are communicated clearly.
- Coordinate and support communications and engagement with external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure stakeholder privacy and security principles are respected.
