About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Branch Associate to support daily energy supply and distribution operations at our Woodstock branch. This role is essential to keeping products moving safely and accurately while supporting warehouse flow, customer service, and inventory control. Location: Woodstock, Ontario
Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Pay: $19.23 per hour
Status: Full-Time Only (no part-time positions available)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
• Support branch operations related to energy product distribution and supply chain activities
• Load, unload, organize, palletize, and reconcile inventory and energy-related materials
• Operate dock stocker, walkie, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• Ensure outgoing shipments and incoming materials meet accuracy, quality, and safety standards
• Receive, ship, and prepare energy products and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records in the company ERP system (sales orders, receiving, returns, credits)
• Support front counter operations and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Assist with warranty processing, battery handling, testing, and returns in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse and dock area
• Follow all safety regulations, WHMIS requirements, and company policies
• Support internal branch logistics, including inventory movement and staging
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support energy supply operations
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Valid walkie and/or dock stocker forklift certification (required)
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or energy supply environments preferred
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Knowledge of WHMIS and workplace safety standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced energy supply and logistics setting
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• High level of reliability, attention to detail, and safety awareness
