The team focused on internal treasury reporting around liquidity and funding metrics.

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights through the development of interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. The Power BI Developer will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other team members to understand data requirements, design efficient data models, and deliver actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.

Typical Day in Role :

Analysis and Requirements Gathering :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs.
• Gather and document requirements for reporting and analytics projects.

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills :

1) 7+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or data visualization

2) Hands on experience in Designing the architecture of reports and Data modeling.

3) 3) Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.

4) 4) 5+ years of Experience with data warehouse concepts (preferably SQL)

5) 5) Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization best practices.

Nice-To-Have Skills :

1) Power BI certification is a plus

2) Share personal Power BI Portfolio link

3) Working Experience with Alteryx & Python

4) Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView

5) Knowledge of Azure

Soft Skills Required :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Best vs. Average Candidate

The ideal candidate would be able to present a portfolio / example of data visualization work they have done in the past during the interview (not a must but anyone coming into the interview with past examples to showcase their work will stand out to the HM). Extensive experience in Designing the architecture of reports and Data modeling. A strong candidate would have good knowledge on databases and how they work.
