Job Purpose
Achieve Qualitative and Quantitative targets as laid out by the dealership.
Responsibilities
Manage and provide visibility to the Lease Portfolio Renewal performance. To achieve individual targets set out by the General Sales Manager.
Take full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the Lease Renewal Portfolio, including achieving targets set out by the General Sales Manager, ensure the end of lease process occurs and create visibility and performance of the renewal percentage of all the sales staff.Create and maintain relevant and strategic correspondence to be sent to customers within the timelines laid out by the dealership.Create and maintain a “Renewal Spreadsheet” that provides performance visibility on the portfolio as a whole, and also visibility to individual performances.Track and analyze renewal outcomes to determine trends and areas of opportunity.Facilitate convenient return of leased vehicles to the dealership by ensuring our end of lease process is being followed in accordance to company policy.Ensure that appropriate paperwork is completed for all Lease Returns and the Acura FS is notified of all returns.Ensure that all vehicles returned off leases are parked on the apportioned area of the rear parking lot.Advise the Pre-Owned Manager of any vehicles returned from end of leases.Maintain an above National Average for ISI and return rate of 80%Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Automotive industry experience.Minimum of 1 - 3 years of previous sales experience in the automotive industry.Valid Ontario G Driver’s License.Clear Driver’s Abstract.Valid OMVIC registration.Strong business acumen.Professional appearance.Proficient with 180, CDK and Reynolds systems; ability to operate PC-based software.Ability to sell the minimum quota according to dealership objective s.Excellent communication skills : verbal and written.Excellent customer service skills.Personal Attributes
