Required Education and Experience : High School graduate with minimum one year college / business education. Three years previous administrative experience. Ability to exercise judgement and discretion. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Excel, Word, and ability to work in other software applications. Type minimum 50 wpm.
Essential Functions
Provide secretarial support for Clinical Director. Field incoming calls to other areas as appropriate. Respond to walk-in patient inquiries. Inventory of office supplies.
Facilitate Director and Coordinator in providing performance appraisals in a timely fashion. Prepare all paperwork required.
Maintain up-to-date files for clinical staff of current licenses and certifications.
Monthly reports : IM / FP arrivals, PCP NP availability, call schedules, MWV.
