Job descriptionAvailability for shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (occasionally Friday), between 8 am and 4 pm, depending on delivery schedules. Weekly hours will range between 5-8 hours depending on your location. Enjoy working flexible schedules and various programs & projects during different times of the year. Ability to bend, lift, push, and pull items weighing 20-50 lbs during your shift. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of floral or plant maintenance. Personable with strong relationship-building skills. Quick learner with a keen interest in acquiring new information. Efficient in multitasking and time management. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience in merchandising, retail, or labor. Access to a cell phone with data for online reporting.
Job Title : Regional Floral Merchandiser
We are recruiting Regional Floral Merchandisers for a designated region on behalf of growers to merchandise plant programs in large retailers until mid-June.
Responsibilities include :
- Servicing your region by locating incoming orders and ensuring they are placed on the sales floor.
- Managing inventory, pricing, and providing maintenance on all items in retail locations within your region.
