Audiology Support Specialist

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to join our Audiology & Training team.

Job Type : Full Time-Permanent

Location : Kitchener ON - On Site

As a member of the Audiology & Training team you will be part of our multi-disciplinary group with responsibilities relating to the following areas :

• Focus on providing audiological phone support to our customers; fitting troubleshooting software instrument selection etc. and technical product reviews.
• Collaboration with Sales and Training with possibility of some travel requirement.
• Participation in seminars workshops and product launches.
