MatchBox Consulting Group has partnered with a leading property management firm seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse industrial portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join a respected organization known for its commitment to excellence and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the strategic management of multiple industrial properties, ensuring top operational standards.
  • Cultivate lasting tenant relationships through proactive service and communication.
  • Manage property finances, including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee property maintenance, contractor management, and capital projects.
  • Ensure lease compliance and smooth tenant transitions.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, ideally with industrial portfolios.
  • Post-secondary education in real estate or business-related fields.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in YARDI software.
  • Valid BC driver’s license.
