This dual-impact role requires a seasoned litigator who can balance a significant caseload with the strategic leadership and mentorship of a dedicated legal team.
Core Responsibilities
- Litigation & Advocacy : Act as the lead attorney for all litigation matters in the Miramichi office, providing strategic representation in and out of court.
- Team Leadership : Supervise, mentor, and train a multidisciplinary team, including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Case Management : Oversee a diverse caseload, ensuring ethical, timely, and high-quality resolution of all legal matters.

Requirements
