Self‑starters who find their own wayInquisitive and curious team membersIndividuals who are willing to be a part of on‑call rotation4th or 5th Class Power Engineering certificate requiredMinimum two years of building operating experienceKnowledge of building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building automation systems and life safety systemsExceptional communications, organizational, interpersonal and time management skillsAble to easily adopt new technology and innovative business solutionsProficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and OutlookExposure to Office 365 and Power BI; an assetWhat Will You Do
