What Youll Do

As a Carpentry Lead Hand youll support the Foreman and help ensure projects run efficiently by :

• Assisting with daily task planning and organizing the crews workflow
• Reading and interpreting drawings layouts and measurements accurately
• Performing highquality carpentry work including framing formwork finishing and installation
• Operating tools and equipment safely and confidently
• Guiding and mentoring junior team members on proper techniques and safe work practices
• Monitoring material needs site organization and tool readiness
• Troubleshooting issues on site and offering practical solutions
• Maintaining a clean safe and efficient work environment
• Communicating progress challenges and updates to the Foreman throughout the day
