ERP Applications Specialist

Description

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration : Lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP, including initial setup, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements.

Development & Integration : Develop and implement enhancements, integrations, and custom workflows within the NetSuite platform, ensuring alignment with business processes.

Architectural Design : Lead the design and development of complex software architectures, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.

User Support & Training : Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the system.

System Maintenance : Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues; conduct regular system audits and updates.

Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Project Management : Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Reporting & Analytics : Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to implementation and support teams, promoting best practices and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite (administration, implementation and support) with at least 3 years in a senior role.

Technical Skills :

Strong knowledge of NetSuite architecture, development tools (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow), and reporting capabilities.

Proven experience in ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, and user training.

Proven experience in ERP localization projects

Proven experience in Tax Compliance process

Familiarity with data migration and integration tools is an advantage

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
