Position : Development Officer
Location : Hybrid, Wortley YMCA, Centre Branch YMCA and Stoney Creek YMCA all in London
Start Date : February 2026
Salary : $50,000–$58,000

Position Summary
Under the leadership of the Vice President of Development, the development officer is responsible for implementing the annual giving strategy in select communities while building and sustaining a culture of philanthropy. You will lead community annual fundraising campaigns and organize internal fundraising initiatives, while supporting executing local fundraising events.
