Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Developing and managing multi-year construction contracts
  • Working on RFIs / RFPs
  • Negotiations
  • Drafting contracts
  • Contract kick-offs
  • Post-contract award management

Requirements :

  • 10 years of previous working experience in contracts including strategy development, drafting, RFI / RFPs, and post-contract management
  • Experience in procurement working on construction services contract modelling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or Engineering
  • Working experience with JDE, Ivalua, Smartsheet, MS Office, and SharePoint
  • SCMP or similar designation will be considered an asset

    • What's in it for you :

  • Wage : $50 / hour to $60 / hour (T4) incorporated also available
  • Contract : 6 months with chance of extension
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 5pm
