Job Title : Machine Operator Job Description

The Machine Operator is responsible for loading a screw machine with brass and other metal rods as raw materials, ensuring the machine operates without errors. The role includes performing quality checks on parts using calipers and gauges to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot a variety of precision machinery to produce high-quality components.
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
• Adjust machine settings and configurations as needed to maintain production standards.
• Ensure components meet technical specifications and quality assurance standards.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality and precision of components.
• Work closely with the Machinist team to meet production goals and targets.
• Monitor machinery processes to ensure consistent productivity and maintain efficient workflows.
• Address machining issues through adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors for additional resources or intervention.
