STGC seeks a talented and experienced Front-End Vue.js Developer to join our team.

As a Senior Front-End Vue.js Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative web applications using Vue.js.

You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive the evolution of our products.  As part of the interview process, we ask all candidates to complete a brief coding assignment that allows us to better understand your skills and how they align with the requirements of this role.  Responsibilities : Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications using Vue.js or other front-end frameworks.  Collaborate with UI / UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional, and accessible code.  Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.  Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs, recommending adjustments as necessary.  Implement and maintain front-end test coverage, ensure clean and efficient code, and perform thorough code reviews.  Mentor junior developers, provide guidance, and foster a positive team culture of continuous learning and improvement.  Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment of UI components with overall system architecture.  Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance with front-end development best practices.  Lead and oversee front-end development projects, including task prioritization, delegation, and progress tracking.  Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and inefficiencies.

Introduce innovative solutions and technologies to improve development processes.  Create and maintain comprehensive front-end documentation, including coding standards and guidelines.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.  Select and implement front-end tools, frameworks, and workflows to optimize the development lifecycle.

Oversee the front-end build process and ensure efficient CI / CD pipelines for smooth deployments.  Proactively identify potential risks in the UI development process and propose mitigation strategies.  Requirements :   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience as a Front End Developer with expertise in Vue, React or Angular Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Experience with state management libraries such as Vuex and Pinia Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack and Vite Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Legally authorized to work in Canada Fluency in English is required to communicate with our U.S.

You must reside and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
