Job Description

Responsible for supporting manufacturing and operations leadership by analyzing manufacturing and warehouse processes and production line designs and supporting the implementation of improvements. Reviewing existing routing times to identify variances and correct / improved planned throughput times.  Leading cross functional teams in the allocation of resources including floor space that ensures optimized process efficiencies with an inter-departmental mindset.  Supporting Controlling and Facilities by maintaining production floor layout documentation including allocations of machinery, equipment and floor space. Designing fixtures and Methods Time Measurement (MTM) studies, leading Preventive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, and supporting other manufacturing initiates when required. Focusing on internal safety, quality, delivery and cost.
