What You’ll Do

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries on coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to achieving agency goals and team success.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience (inside / outside sales, retail)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, active listening)

Property & Casualty license (preferred or ability to obtain)
