Swamper (Cold Storage)

Staffmax is helping our client hire a Swamper to assist in their cold storage facility for a 3-month contract. This role involves manual material handling in a refrigerated environment. It’s ideal for individuals who are physically fit and comfortable working in cooler temperatures.

Contract Length : 3 Months

Location : Calgary, AB

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist drivers with loading / unloading goods in and out of cold storage
• Move boxes and containers using dollies or hand trucks
• Verify product counts and condition during transfers
• Work in refrigerated areas for extended periods (0 to 4°C)
• Keep aisles and loading areas clean and organized
• Report damaged or missing items to supervisors
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures
