Cyber Solutions Project Manager

As a Cybersecurity Solutions Project Manager you will :

• Process steward for a disciplined offer creation process - following agile and adapted agile guidelines.
• Manage reporting and governance cadence for assigned projects. Orchestrate review and quality sessions (walkthroughs, spec, lessons learned reviews).
• Animate project stage gate reviews and release milestones.
• Manage one or multiple projects in parallel.
• Lead a collaboration process with resource owners, technical project leaders, other project managers, and cross functional leaders to initiate new projects and develop execution plans for project increments.
• Facilitate a collaborative backlog management process with Offer Management, Technical Resource, Customer Quality input.
• Maintain project development cost & budget tracking.
• Apply quality function perspective to deliverables.
• Support the CS organization regarding Offer Creation process.
• Participate in PMO, OLM (offer lifecycle management) communities - Industry Automation, Industry Automation Services.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams for offer industrialization. This may be the next step in your career journey if you have :
• 5+ years of experience in an offer creation project management role.
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in a computer science or engineering field. MBA is desirable.
• Well-versed experience in offer creation and agile development processes.
• Working knowledge / awareness of industrial products and software
• Knowledge of Cyber Defense in Depth Principles, best practices and standards desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, Project Management tools.
• Strong soft skills for workshop animation, management of disagreement
• Excellent presentation skills
• Attention to detail with strong communication skills, both written and oral
