Member Service Supervisor

• Coach train and support Member Services staff members and volunteers
• Meet and/or exceed annual benchmarks set for new membership acquisition and other service standards
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Organized and exceptional time management skills
• Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work within a busy customer centered environment; managing several tasks simultaneously
• Support and promote a culture of volunteerism and philanthropy

Wed love to hear with people with:

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Standard First Aid and CPR is an asset
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products

Position details:

• We have two full-time openings for this role; one at Kelowna Family Y and one at H2O Adventure Fitness Centre
• Compensation: Starting wage of $22.97 per hour plus the YMCA of Southern Interior BC offers a competitive compensation package and benefits program including:
