Job description
HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a highly skilled Program Manager, Artificial Intelligence to support the Autonomy team in delivering critical improvements across Perception, Prediction & Behavioral ML, TeleGuidance, Planning & Controls, and Collision Avoidance.
In this role, you will focus on driving execution, tracking KPIs, and enabling engineering teams to deliver on key business objectives.
As a Program Manager, Artificial Intelligence, you'll :
- Partner with engineering managers and functional leads to translate high-level project goals into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives independently, focusing on improving autonomous driving behavior.
- Support the development of metrics, measurements, and datasets for Driving Behavior KPIs.
- Proactively identify risks and build mitigation plans with cross functional teams.
- Create and deliver executive-facing updates on statuses, risks, and key accomplishments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience3+ years of program management experience with a focus on software developmentProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects independentlyProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, JIRA, Smartsheet, risk matrix)Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in AI / ML, autonomous vehicles, robotics, and / or automotive or aerospace processesFamiliarity with autonomous system KPIs and engineering metricsPrior contract or consulting experience in high-paced tech environmentsBenefits :
