Tasks
Developing plans, and organizing and synchronizing activities associated with the completion of projects (buildings, services, etc.
while monitoring them (cost, schedule, etc.) in accordance with the internal procedures in place.
- Developing fundamental criteria and specifications of projects in cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders in the field of engineering and other related sectors.
- Establishing project schedules in alignment with production planning.
- Executing in-depth design through calculations, tests, measurements, sketches, plans, and quotes.
- Developing tender documents, evaluating proposals, and offering recommendations in close collaboration with the Procurement Department.
- After awarding contracts, developing a work execution plan considering production schedules, acquired licences, and the requirements of the Health and Safety Department, as well as other authorities or departments, ensuring you obtain all required legal documents.
- Overseeing the construction site including the schedule, budget, financial transactions, payment withholdings, warranties, quality of execution, and compliance of facilities with the contract, in accordance with established procedures.

Job requirements
- DCS in Civil Engineering or Building Mechanics.
- At least three years of experience.
- Project management expertise is an asset.
- Mastery of the French language, both oral and written, and professional proficiency in English.
