Some of what you will do
As the Wireless Sales Supervisor, you are a champion of the customer experience in the wireless department. You help our consumers and business customers achieve their working & learning goals by sharing your knowledge, experiences, and enthusiasm on the latest wireless tech products, services, and trends. Primarily a sales position, you will partner with management to determine and deliver on daily financial / non-financial goals. Passionate about wireless technology, you continuously grow their knowledge by committing to ongoing self-development and interact with the larger store team and other business units by sharing your expertise.
Specifically, you will :
Partner with management to identify and achieve short and long-term goals for the wireless departmentEnsure team understands connection between store financial success and the wireless departmentLead and model selling by cultivating a selling culture with associates to achieve current goals and targetsLead and model unlocking the whole store play by engaging with customers and associates in other departments when not engaged with a customer at the wireless kioskEffectively resolve customer concerns and escalates to management when appropriatePerform follow-up calls to solicit feedback on sales and promote additional products and services where applicableTake opportunities to identify and grow new business opportunities and prospects such as generating referrals and participating in outreach activitiesWork with various market leaders including General Manager, Divisional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Retail Sales, and Services Manager to target and generate business sales leads and referralsProvide management with relevant sales informationParticipate in the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes within their departmentBe accountable for training and coaching associates in all aspects of sales and customer engagementUnderstand and adhere to all asset protection and privacy policies, and coach others to do so as wellQualifications :
Some of what you need
Completion of post-secondary education is preferred2+ years of Wireless Sales experience1+ years in a supervisory role with direct accountability for achieving sales targets is preferredAbility to resolve clients concerns in a diplomatic mannerAbility to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to effectively to handle their daily responsibilities and serve our customersCapacity to work independently and seek out assistance as requiredAbout Us
