Sewing Attendant

$17.85 per hour for candidates 18+; $17.10 per hour for candidates 17. Minimum age 17.

This seasonal position starts mid-January and ends early May 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform alterations and repairs on uniform items, including hemming pants, cresting garments, altering garment sizes, reinforcing seams, and repairing damaged items.
• Assist with associate uniform fittings.
• Execute special sewing projects for park operations such as heavy‑duty stitching, special design items, and worn material repair.
• Perform laundry duties.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (gloves, mask, face shield, non‑slip shoes, etc.).
• Work “on call” 1–3 shifts per week and during weekends; flexible to work early‑morning and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous sewing‑related experience required.
• Experience with industrial machines (straight stitch, blind stitch, serger, walking foot, and machine embroidery) required.
• Demonstrate a professional manner.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Detail/quality oriented and self‑motivated.
• Highly organized and flexible.
