What will you be doing in the Machine Operator / Prime Line Operator position?
As the Machine Operator Trainee, you will have the opportunity to help our business meet production targets by consistently producing high-quality interior finishing products.
This Operator Trainee position will report directly to the Plant Supervisor and is a member of the Metrie Manufacturing team.
The role will be based out of our Woodbridge facility.
At a high-level, you will :
- Produce products to meet work order specifications while meeting high standard of quality
- Operate our machinery and equipment to the specifications of the manufacturer
- Support plant continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure daily production continuously meets requirements of IFOTIS (In full, On Time, In Spec)
- Participate in cross-training with other departments on the production line to further your skillsets
- Understand and apply our health and safety policies and regulations
Available Shift : Monday to Thursday, 6AM to 5PM.
