Successful candidates for the Campus Team Leader position are not given a formal job offer, but rather are accepted into the Team Leader pool. When there is an operational need for Campus Team Leaders, offers may be made to candidates in the TL pool.

Why this position exists in CCO

The CCO Campus team leader has the critical role of building a multiplying movement of evangelization on campus by leading through their team of campus missionaries. The Team Leader will accomplish their mission and responsibilities by living out CCO’s tenets, core values, policy, and current standard methods and materials.

What this position does for CCO

• Provides leadership and management to the campus team
• Responsible for campus movement planning and executing
• Strengthens external relationships
• Financial planning and management of the campus expense budget; and personal MPD
• Responsible for developing and executing a one-year plan under the direction of the Regional Manager
• Assists with Regional Development

Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum 3 years of campus experience as an asset
• Have demonstrated the ability to be proactive and self-initiating
• Know how to win with people
• Are able to multiply leadership into their staff team and students
• Are able to manage finances of the campus expense budget
• Are able to form and maintain external relationships with the diocese, campus chaplaincy, etc.

Important information

• All employees of CCO are required to participate in the mission of the New Evangelization within the Catholic Church and work toward the propagation of the Gospel. This includes taking the initiative to lead CCO Catholic Faith studies, share the kerygma, and participate in the evangelization efforts of CCO, including opportunities to participate in CCO Missions.
• Campus Team Leader Missionaries receive a starting annual salary of $57,127.10 and is based on a 40 hour work week. Salaries increase with years of experience.
