Position summary

Schedule

The successful candidate must be available to work day (8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm or 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm) with flexibility to cover additional shifts as required. Please note schedule may change due to operational needs. 48_Budget Created with Sketch.

Compensation

BAND CUPC03 : Hourly - $ - per hour. Annually - $50, - $56,

Administration

Entering visit statistics and outcome measure data into a Ministry database. Ordering supplies, and maintaining filing systems. General office and clerical duties. Typing and distributing general correspondence. Preparing for weekly team meetings, recording and distributing minutes. 48_Support Created with Sketch.

Support

Contacting families for scheduling appointments. Opening electronic client records. Updating client database to support speech language pathology caseload planning.

Requirements

Experience

Previous reception / clerical experience in a healthcare setting. Experience and knowledge of child development programs and / or experience in an outpatient medical clinic setting. Experience with entering data into the Healthy Child Development - Integrated Services for Children Information System (HCD-ISCIS) preferred. 48_Creative Created with Sketch.

Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards. Skills

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within the team. Strong computer skills in MS Word (Excel experience is preferred) and excellent typing skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work independently.
