Purpose
Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for managing workstations, applications and ensuring IT helpdesk tickets are addressed within the defined Service Level expectations. He / she will also be responsible for delivery of assigned projects from time to time.
