Role Description

This is a full-time role for Licensed Real Estate Agents based in Greater Vancouver, BC. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties, hosting open houses & showings, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property evaluations, prospecting for new clientele, facilitating negotiations, and managing transaction paperwork. The role requires active communication with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for our clients when selling or buying.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Knowledge of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Market is a plus
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
• Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
• Proficiency with Real Estate Software and MLS Systems is Advantageous
• Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation is a Must
