M3C is looking for a Project Manager in IT / ESG / H&S (ID622) located in Ontario or Québec. The mandate is for 12 months (renewable) and it's 100% remote work with occasional travel to different sites (domestic and international) when required.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ESG (Environment, Social, Governance), Heath & Safety and IT (applications, ERP, etc.) related projects

The responsibilities of the Project Manager are :

  • Delivering a variety of projects with varying sizes, methodologies, domains, and levels of complexity. Typically, they will oversee multiple projects, including one major project and several less complex ones;
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling each of PMI's knowledge areas across all phases of each project;
  • Manage the human, material, financial, and technological resources required for delivering projects in accordance with established processes and best practices;
  • Understand the technological and application aspects of the projects, to support the team and raise relevant questions;
  • Manage and support various stakeholders in change management;
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and monitor and control service delivery agreements;
  • Provide project reporting at various levels of the organization.

Requirements

The requirements are :

  • Knowledge and experience on selecting, purchasing and implementing of corporate solutions;
  • Has realized ERPs projects, particularly with JDE;
  • Has realized ESG and health & safety projects;
  • Able to manage projects with multiple time-zones;
  • Has experience in change management for project impacting end-users;
  • Highly autonomous with demonstrated leadership skills;
  • Willingness to contribute to improve the project management practices, tools, processes and share his / her experiences with the PM team;
  • Result and Solutions-Oriented. Able to find solutions to problems in a positive approach;
  • Has demonstrated a high competence in communication and simplifying complex concepts;
  • Certification or Master in PM;
  • Able to travel occasionally;
  • Bilingual (english and frech) essential.
