Patient Services Specialist - Casual

Our FYidoctors - Wolfville, Berwick and New Minas clinics are looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as a Patient Services Specialist .

This position is a casual role working 0-19 hours per week . Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday .

You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients everyday. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
• Checking patients in and out of the office
• Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
• Administering pre-testing services
• Upholding excellent customer service standards
