Job description

Reporting to the Lead Technical Product Owner, you will be part of a small team of 3 based in Montreal.

On this role, you will be responsible for configuring live game features and monetization on a brand new game. You will be an integral part of the release process of new versions of the game application, ensuring that the rollout plan is prepared and followed.

This is the opportunity for you to be part of a small and friendly team, inside an experienced R&D department. This role comes with great opportunities to learn best practices in the industry.

This is also a chance to work on a very important IP (intellectual property), to work with cool tools, and influence the development of internal tools in order to increase efficiency.

What You'll Do

Configure and tweak live features based on Product and Game Design requirements.

Meet with multiple people from Development, Art, Game Design and Product teams to build a process to bring new features to test and production environments.

Use problem-solving skills to try to find the source of issues that live users are experiencing, with the help of developers and QA testers.

Find new and innovative ways to automate some manual and repetitive tasks.

What We're Looking For

Experience with LiveOps (CRM) management , or QA in a relevant industry (F2P mobile games ideally).

Understanding of client / server applications

Understanding of release management

Experience with Jira or a similar project management tool

Experience with JSON, XML or equivalent,

Basic experience with Excel or Sheets

Understanding of Market Testing processes : A / B testing, Market Segmentation, Feature rollout strategy

Nice-to-have :

Experience with data analysis

Understanding of slot machines

Scripting experience (python, javascript, etc.)

Understanding of API systems

Experience with tools like : Postman, Swagger, Charles

Required Soft Skills :

Detail oriented with a focus on delivering results.

Resourceful and able to take initiative.

You have great interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively with your team members and other teams across the business.

You have an analytical and inquisitive mind.
