Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our manufacturing client in their search for a People Development Manager to join their senior management team. Successful candidates will be strategic thinkers responsible for developing programs, succession planning, and leadership development. Compensation & Hours :

  • The rate of pay will be $100-$120K / year based on experience
  • Monday-Friday, in office (Lethbridge, AB)
  • Position Summary :

  • Develop and implement talent development strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goals
  • Identify organizational development needs, create programs that support long-term growth, and manage the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Foster relationships with existing managers to enhance leaderships skills, performance management strategies, and develop high-performing teams
  • Work with employees to develop meaningful engagement and professional development plans
  • Monitor the effectiveness of development programs and adjust strategies based on data and feedback
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent development and organizational effectiveness
  • Present talent development strategies and progress to key stakeholders and executives
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Post Secondary Education in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • CPHR designation
  • 5+ years of proven experience in employee development and strategic planning
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to drive and influence corporate culture
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think critically about the big picture, driving the company through strategic, forward thinking
