Compensation & Hours :
The rate of pay will be $100-$120K / year based on experienceMonday-Friday, in office (Lethbridge, AB)Position Summary :
Develop and implement talent development strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goalsIdentify organizational development needs, create programs that support long-term growth, and manage the execution of strategic initiativesFoster relationships with existing managers to enhance leaderships skills, performance management strategies, and develop high-performing teamsWork with employees to develop meaningful engagement and professional development plansMonitor the effectiveness of development programs and adjust strategies based on data and feedbackServe as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent development and organizational effectivenessPresent talent development strategies and progress to key stakeholders and executivesRequired Qualifications :
Post Secondary Education in Human Resources or Business AdministrationCPHR designation5+ years of proven experience in employee development and strategic planningStrong leadership skills, including the ability to drive and influence corporate cultureExcellent interpersonal communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to think critically about the big picture, driving the company through strategic, forward thinkingBonus Points For :
